Overview

Overview

Established in 2023, O’Hagan Meyer’s Las Vegas, Nevada office strengthens the firm’s presence in the Southwest with a team focused on labor and employment litigation, regulatory compliance, and complex business disputes. Led by experienced partners, the office represents employers in matters ranging from single-plaintiff employment claims to wage and hour class and collective actions, as well as trade secret, contract and related commercial disputes. Las Vegas attorneys regularly appear in Nevada state courts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada, and before administrative agencies, handling matters at both the trial and appellate levels as well as in regulatory proceedings.

The Las Vegas office’s practice closely reflects the region’s diverse and highly regulated business environment. Attorneys advise and defend employers in industries including hospitality, entertainment, technology, healthcare, financial services, construction, retail, and investment enterprises. In addition to litigation, the team provides day-to-day counseling on employment and corporate compliance issues such as hiring and background checks, wage and hour practices, employee relations, workplace investigations, leaves and accommodations, and privacy matters. The office also includes attorneys with experience in appellate advocacy, foreclosure and real property disputes, healthcare-related litigation, and regulatory and white-collar matters, allowing the team to address a broad range of employment-adjacent issues.

This office supports clients operating throughout Nevada and California, with attorneys licensed in both jurisdictions. The team works collaboratively with the rest of the firm to support matters that benefit from cross-office coordination, while maintaining a strong command of Nevada-specific law and practice. Several attorneys bring additional language fluency and experience advising international and cross-border businesses, particularly through the firm’s Korean Business Group. By combining seasoned employment defense, practical counseling, and regional insight, the Las Vegas office delivers disciplined, responsive, and credible representation for employers navigating complex legal challenges.
