Before law school, Jeff lived and worked in Tokyo, Japan, for 11 years as a teacher and technical writer. Since returning to the Las Vegas area, Jeff has been involved with organizing the Las Vegas Aki Matsuri Japanese Festival and currently serves as its President. Notably, Jeff is a founding member of Nippon Sodan Kai, a nonprofit organization dedicated to assisting Japanese citizens in crisis.
