Inku Nam is an associate in the Las Vegas office of O'Hagan Meyer and a member of the Labor and Employment Practice. Mr. Nam represents employers in litigation matters in both federal and state court involving sexual harassment, gender/age/race/disability discrimination, and non-competition disputes. Beyond employment matters, Mr. Nam’s extensive experience includes litigation involving commercial, business, and personal litigation. Mr. Nam has also handled mortgage default, title disputes, and judicial and non-judicial foreclosures. Mr. Nam has also served as an appointed Foreclosure Mediator for the Nevada Supreme Court.
