Justin Shiroff is Of Counsel in the Las Vegas and Portland offices. He is a highly skilled attorney with extensive knowledge in professional liability, medical malpractice, employment litigation, and general commercial litigation. Justin advises clients on various aspects of their operations, including the employer-employee relationship.

Justin has experience handling discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and employment contract claims in state and federal courts. Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Justin represented and counseled clients at a national insurance defense firm, focusing on the defense of hospitals and other healthcare providers against claims of professional negligence.

Justin is a zealous advocate for businesses, professionals, and other individuals, who utilizes his litigation-focused approach and broad legal knowledge base to help those clients navigate a wide range of legal challenges.

While attending law school, Justin served as the Nevada Law Editor for the William S. Boyd School of Law’s Nevada Law Journal.
