O'Hagan Meyer is expanding its Labor & Employment and Commercial & Business Litigation practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware with the addition of new partners Jackie Gallagher and Kevin Golden, senior associate Michon Crawford and legal assistant Amy Haag in our Philadelphia office and with Of Counsel Steve Dargitz joining our Wilmington, Delaware office.

Jackie Gallagher's stellar reputation precedes her in the world of labor and management relations and employment litigation in Philadelphia and throughout the Mid-Atlantic.  Jackie brings a talented team with her, including fellow partner Kevin Golden; senior associate Michon Crawford; and legal assistant Amy Haag.  We are proud to have Jackie, Kevin, Michon, and Amy join the Firm and provide employment litigation and counseling to our clients in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and across the country.

Stephen Dargitz joins O’Hagan Meyer as a seasoned commercial litigator who practiced with Skadden Arps and Prickett Jones before joining the Firm. Steve has over 24 years of experience in successfully defending clients facing claims in the Delaware Court of Chancery and federal court in a variety of complex commercial actions, including class actions and derivative suits. Given his practice’s natural alignment with our client’s litigation needs throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, Steve will serve clients from our offices in Wilmington, Philadelphia, and Princeton. Steve will also apply his impressive experience in corporate law to support Firm clients in issues related to complex disputes, governance and fiduciary obligations of directors and officers.
