Overview

Overview

Kevin Golden represents employers across the evolving landscape of workplace law, handling disputes that range from traditional discrimination claims to emerging issues involving AI in the workplace. His litigation practice encompasses federal and state court proceedings and administrative matters involving Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, the Pregnancy Discrimination Act, and the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). He also addresses conscientious employee protections, wage and hour disputes, wrongful termination, and breach of contract claims with a precision that reflects his attention to procedural and substantive nuance. Kevin also has experience in homeowner and condominium association litigation.

Beyond the courtroom, Kevin counsels organizations on compliance strategies that address both established regulations and shifting legal standards. He guides clients through workplace accommodations, disciplinary protocols, termination decisions, and severance negotiations—areas where missteps carry significant risk. His advisory counsel emphasizes practical solutions that align legal requirements with operational realities, helping employers navigate complex situations before they escalate into formal disputes. This preventive focus complements his litigation prowess, offering clients a cohesive approach to managing workforce-related legal exposure.
