Overview

Overview

Founded in 2023, the Colorado office has quickly become a key component of O’Hagan Meyer’s labor and employment and complex litigation practice. This office is staffed by experienced partners and associates whose work consistently centers on management-side employment counseling and defense, civil rights and discrimination matters, wage and hour compliance, class and collective actions, trade secrets and restrictive covenants, professional liability, and commercial business litigation. Attorneys in the Denver office regularly represent employers in state and federal courts and before key administrative agencies, including the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Colorado Civil Rights Division, and the Department of Labor.

This office’s practice aligns well with industries central to Colorado’s economy, and the team’s depth of experience in employment compliance, workplace investigations, wage and hour law, trade secret protection, and risk management reflects the realities of operating in Colorado’s highly regulated and evolving employment landscape. Attorneys in the office are also active contributors to the legal and business community through leadership roles in organizations such as the Colorado Defense Lawyers Association and through speaking engagements and training programs focused on employment and business law issues.

In addition to its strong Colorado-based practice, the Denver office serves as a hub for regional and national clients. Attorneys are licensed across numerous jurisdictions, including over six states, and they routinely handle matters in courts and agencies nationwide. This broad footprint, combined with close collaboration with the firm’s other offices across the country, allows the Denver team to deliver coordinated representation for clients with multistate operations. By pairing local market insight with access to the firm’s national resources and cross-office experience, the Denver office provides strong, well-coordinated representation to clients.
