Overview

Marcus Barone is an associate attorney in the Denver office of O’Hagan Meyer. Marcus’ practice focuses on defending employers against a broad range of employment-related claims. He handles and manages all stages of a case, from pre-litigation through trial and appeal.

Prior to joining O’Hagan Meyer, Marcus represented first responders in civil, criminal, and administrative matters. Primarily, he defended first responders against civil lawsuits in both state and federal court, including before the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, and in internal affairs investigations up and through the final administrative appeal stage.
