Tyler “Garrett” Respondek is an associate attorney at O’Hagan Meyer’s Denver office. Mr. Respondek’s practice focuses on the defense of employers and businesses in a wide variety of claims, including wage and hour disputes, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, negligent hiring or retention, failure to accommodate, defamation, breach of contract, and general liability matters. Mr. Respondek handles every aspect of a claim, from pre-litigation through appeal. He values advising employers and resolving matters with a practical and business-oriented approach. In his free time, Mr. Respondek enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, fishing, and supporting University of Texas athletics.
