O’Hagan Meyer is pleased to announce the promotion of Paige Canepari to Partner in the Chicago Office. Ms. Canepari joined O’Hagan Meyer in 2017. She came to O’Hagan Meyer with over ten years of litigation experience. Her experience will further enhance O’Hagan Meyer’s depth in professional liability, commercial and civil litigation.
Ms. Canepari concentrates her practice in the area of construction, product liability, professional liability and commercial litigation. Her practice includes defending contractors, manufacturers, retailers, real estate brokers, insurance brokers, lawyers and corporate officers in negligence claims involving personal injury, catastrophic injury and wrongful death actions.
Ms. Canepari has substantial experience in representing clients in complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal court, including business disputes and litigation, partnership disputes, fraud claims and shareholder derivative actions. Ms. Canepari also counsels for profit and not for profit corporations on employment issues, policies and procedures, and risk management concerns.
Ms. Canepari is also active in her local community, serving in leadership positions on various community and education boards.
