Paige Canepari concentrates her practice in commercial litigation, professional liability negligence, and the defense of catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death actions, as well as employment‑related litigation, advisory services, and dispute resolution.

A significant portion of her practice is devoted to representing clients in commercial disputes involving shareholder matters, corporate directors and officers, breaches of fiduciary duty, trade secrets, and restrictive covenants. She also represents owners, general contractors, construction managers, and subcontractors in the defense of catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death claims.

Paige maintains a substantial practice defending educational institutions, faith‑based organizations, and residential and commercial real estate professionals in professional liability actions. Her work includes matters involving negligent supervision and retention, professional negligence, fiduciary breaches, governance issues, and statutory violations. Paige regularly advises clients on crisis response and risk management strategies designed to mitigate future disputes.

She has extensive experience representing nonprofit organizations at the local, national, and international levels, as well as private corporations, providing ongoing counsel on employment, contractual, and ethical matters and developing proactive risk management programs through client training. Paige collaborates closely with clients to deliver strategic, efficient solutions and is an experienced trial attorney who has secured multiple defense jury verdicts in state and federal courts, while remaining well-versed in arbitration, mediation, and other alternative dispute resolution processes.
