Overview

Drew efficiently and cost-effectively defends individuals and businesses in all types of complex commercial liability and catastrophic injury matters, such as: premises liability, liquor liability/Dram Shop, transportation and trucking, bad faith insurance claims, construction accidents and construction defects, auto accidents, products liability, trademark/copyright, general liability, and wrongful death and survivor actions.

Additionally, Drew is certified by the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board’s Responsible Alcohol Management Program (RAMP) which provides training and certification to severs, sellers and managers of alcohol licensees across Pennsylvania. This certification allows Drew to better provide counsel and defend liquor licensees as to training issues and alcohol service procedures.

Drew serves as a court appointed certified Civil Arbitrator in the Pennsylvania Common Pleas Courts of Philadelphia County and Northampton County where he has presided over and decided numerous cases over the course of his legal career.
