Overview

Yahir A. Barragan is an associate attorney in the Labor and Employment Litigation Group at O’Hagan Meyer. He represents employers in a variety of employment cases including claims for harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, unfair business practices, in addition to wage & hour disputes and other civil and commercial litigation.

Prior to joining O’Hagan Meyer, Yahir worked for a Los Angeles firm practicing general civil litigation and representing employees in discrimination, harassment, and retaliation cases. During law school, Yahir was a member of his school’s Moot Court and Negotiation teams. He competed in the American Bar Association’s Negotiation Competition ranking third in the nation.
