Tiffany is an associate attorney in the Downtown Los Angeles office of O’Hagan Meyer. Tiffany has dedicated her legal career to Labor & Employment law, practicing at a plaintiff’s employment firm where she gained valuable litigation experience for several years before joining O’Hagan Meyer. She now primarily defends employers in individual plaintiff actions, including claims of retaliation, discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination.

Tiffany received her Juris Doctor from University of California, Hastings College of the Law where she served as President of the Vietnamese American Law Society, Academic Chair of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association, and Symposium Editor of the Hastings Journal on Gender and the Law.
