Overview

Tara D. McManamy is an associate attorney in O’Hagan Meyer’s Wilmington and Philadelphia Offices. Her practice includes representation of clients in a wide variety of matters, including but not limited to professional liability, insurance coverage, and labor and employment. This includes litigation in both Federal and State Courts, as well as Delaware’s Court of Chancery, and various administrative agencies. She is also a Delaware-certified Mediator.

Prior to joining the firm, Tara gained extensive civil litigation experience, practicing in labor and employment, premises liability, and insurance coverage, as well as corporate and commercial litigation. During this time, she developed significant experience in both advising businesses in both pre-dispute business management and defending businesses in complex contract litigation.

During law school, Tara provided representation to veterans for the Delaware Veteran’s Law Clinic in both Veterans Benefits litigation and estate planning, was a member of the Moot Court Honors Society, and served as Justice of the Phi Alpha Delta law fraternity. She also was a recipient of the Outstanding Student Service Award.
