Sheri Mercier represents employers in labor and employment matters and insurance industry clients in payer dispute and managed care litigation. Her clients span the hospitality, non-profit, and automotive sectors, among others. She advises on hiring practices, employment regulations, anti-discrimination compliance, and workplace safety, helping organizations navigate day-to-day legal and operational challenges. A significant part of Sheri's employment practice is helping clients reduce workplace risk before issues become disputes.
