Overview

Scott Diamond is an experienced litigator who has obtained numerous favorable results in both state and federal court representing individuals and businesses in a wide variety of complex personal injury and commercial litigation matters. Those matters have included medical malpractice, products liability, civil rights, professional negligence, real estate, construction accidents, employment disputes and defamation litigation.

Prior to joining O’Hagan Meyer, Scott worked at a boutique litigation firm where he represented institutional clients against complex liability claims, including claims arising from alleged sexual and other physical assaults, professional liability, and wrongful death. He also represented catastrophically injured clients in a wide range of lawsuits, including medical malpractice, products liability, professional liability, and motor vehicle accidents. Scott has tried personal injury cases to verdict in state court as counsel for institutional clients and plaintiffs.

Scott has presented continuing education courses on the use of animations and simulations at trial, an overview of premises liability law in Pennsylvania, and litigating negligent security cases in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
