Overview
Samantha is an associate attorney in the Firm’s New Jersey and Philadelphia offices, where she assists the specialty care team in defending long-term care facilities and rehabilitation centers against professional negligence claims. She is licensed to practice in New Jersey.
Samantha came to O’Hagan Meyer from a New Jersey personal injury plaintiffs’ firm, so she understands the need to contemplate both sides of any issue. Samantha attended Delaware Law School’s evening program while working full-time. While in law school, Samantha participated in the Mentorship Program; Intensive Trial Advocacy Program; Inside Out Prison Exchange Program; and she was a Student Committee Member of the Student Bar Association as well as an Extended Division Committee Member of the Student Bar Association.
During her final year at law school, Samantha clerked for the Honorable Charles J. Ehrlich in the criminal division at the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas. Prior to attending law school, Samantha earned her BA in Radio, Television, Film and Journalism with a concentration in broadcast. Her undergraduate educational background amplifies her communication skills and her drive to find answers.
Samantha is a first-generation college graduate, first-generation law school graduate, and the first attorney in her family.
