Overview

Paulina Silva is an associate attorney in the Downtown Los Angeles office of O’Hagan Meyer and a member of the firm’s Labor & Employment practice group.

Before joining O’Hagan Meyer, Paulina served as a law clerk for multiple judges across Los Angeles County as part of the coverage unit at the Los Angeles County Superior Court, Stanley Mosk Courthouse. Her clerkship included assignments in courthouses located in Pomona, Alhambra, Compton, Santa Monica, Stanley Mosk, Spring Street, Chatsworth, Van Nuys, Torrance, Lancaster, and Burbank. During her tenure, she assisted in drafting over 1,000 tentative rulings addressing a wide range of legal issues.

While in law school, Paulina was an active member of the Negotiation Honors Program, serving as a strategist in several negotiation competitions. She earned the Dean’s Merit Award in recognition of her academic excellence and was awarded the Latina Lawyers Bar Association Scholarship in 2022.

Paulina is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Latina Lawyers Bar Association, and the Women’s Law Association of Los Angeles.
