Overview

Paul Carrion is a labor & employment law attorney who offers a whole-picture perspective to his clients while zealously advocating for their interests. Paul is known for his insightful analysis and creative solutions to novel problems in advisory opinions as well as the litigation process, while promoting civility in the profession.

Paul previously served as an Assistant Solicitor for various school districts in Delaware County for matters ranging from constitutional law, real estate tax appeals, labor & employment, student discipline, and compliance with the Pennsylvania School Code. Paul also advised small businesses on compliance with various employment law statutes, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and corresponding state and local statutes, such as the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act and Philadelphia Fair Practices Ordinance. Paul has represented both companies and individuals in various matters, such as motor vehicle collisions, personal injury, medical malpractice, employment law, real estate tax appeals, and premises liability.

Paul is a proud United States Army Veteran. During his time as a Soldier, Paul served as an All-Source Intelligence Analyst in Korea, Germany, and Afghanistan.

Paul volunteers as a Legal Advisor to Nguyen Arts Fund, a non-profit dedicated to offering artists paid opportunities to exhibit their work utilizing a network-driven exhibition model which utilizes satellite venues to bypass prohibitive commercial structures to build lasting cultural infrastructure rooted in equality, collaboration, and community power.
