Overview

Marie Avery is an associate attorney in the Labor and Employment Litigation Group at O’Hagan Meyer in Fresno, California. As a strategic litigator and advisor, Ms. Avery works closely with employers to provide practical solutions to a wide range of workplace issues. Specifically, she handles wage and hour claims and defends businesses in FEHA-related matters, such as discrimination, workplace harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims.

In addition to her litigation practice, Ms. Avery advises clients on developing and implementing preventive policies designed to minimize legal risks in the workplace.
