Mandeep Sanghera is an associate in O’Hagan Meyer’s Fresno office, where her practice focuses on civil litigation with an emphasis on employment defense. She represents employers and businesses through all stages of litigation, from early case assessment and discovery through motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation. She also advises clients on workplace issues outside of litigation, including arbitration agreements, handbook updates, severance agreements, and internal workplace investigations.

Mandeep’s employment law practice includes defending employers in single-plaintiff, class, and representative matters involving workplace claims. Her work includes drafting and responding to written discovery, preparing for and defending depositions, assisting with procedural and dispositive motions, supporting mediation strategy, and helping clients address litigation risk with practical, business-focused guidance. She also advises on proactive employment matters, including arbitration agreements, employee handbook revisions, severance and separation agreements, and internal workplace investigations.

With firsthand exposure to family-run franchise and agricultural businesses, Mandeep understands the operational and workforce challenges employers face and brings that perspective to both litigation strategy and workplace counseling. In addition to her employment practice, she has experience in personal injury defense and has handled matters for national insurance clients. Her prior legal work in municipal law, code enforcement, and workers’ compensation further strengthened her foundation in legal writing, case analysis, and client service. She approaches litigation with a practical, responsive style and a focus on clear communication, efficient case management, and thoughtful results for clients.
