Overview

Lauren Bressman is an associate in O’Hagan Meyer’s Boston office.  She focuses her practice on civil litigation matters, labor and employment law and franchise law.

She defends franchisees/regional franchisors, franchisees, and other businesses in a range of commercial and employment disputes, including wage-hour litigation, trade secret/non-competition agreements, misclassification and discrimination lawsuits, and common law and statutory claims in business-to-business litigation.  Lauren has experience in all stages of litigation, including motion practice, depositions, arbitration, and mediation.

During her time in law school, Lauren co-oped at several firms in the Boston area. Lauren served as a Senior Editor on Northeastern University’s Law Review. Lauren is admitted to practice in Massachusetts.
