Overview

Kevin Sran is an associate attorney in the Labor and Employment Litigation Group at O’Hagan Meyer in Fresno, California. As a strategic litigator and advisor, Mr. Sran works closely with employers to provide practical solutions to a wide range of workplace issues. Specifically, he handles complex class action wage and hour claims, including those involving violations of the Private Attorneys General Act of 2004 ("PAGA"). Additionally, Mr. Sran has considerable experience defending businesses in FEHA-related matters, such as discrimination, workplace harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims.

In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Sran advises clients on developing and implementing preventive policies designed to minimize legal risks and avoid costly disputes.

Before pursuing a legal career, Mr. Sran played an integral role in managing and overseeing his family’s diverse farming operations across the Central Valley.
