Kennedi Fichtel is an associate attorney in the New York City office of O’Hagan Meyer.

Kennedi is a defense litigator who handles commercial litigation matters. Her case profile ranges in subject matter, including claims filed against Boards of Directors, FINRA claims, labor law claims filed under the FLSA, traditional general liability matters, and insurance defense-related negligence claims.

Prior to joining O’Hagan Meyer, Kennedi practiced coverage and liability as an insurance defense litigator and spent time as an environmental litigator filing claims under the Federal Clean Water Act.

Kennedi obtained her J.D. from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law in Baltimore City, where she became the Judicial Clerk for the Honorable Judge Jeannie Hong after law school, gaining valuable jury trial and motions practice experience.
