Overview

Keisha Murray counsels and represents employers in an array of employment law matters. With proficiency across all phases of litigation, Keisha has experience defending clients facing claims of discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination. She also has experience representing clients before administrative agencies such as the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and in state and federal court.

Keisha has successfully conducted mediations and settlement negotiations. Bolstering her experience, she earned an Employment Law Certificate from Cornell University, demonstrating her commitment to excellence in the field.

Keisha is active in the legal community and serves on the Mecklenburg Bar Association Board of Directors, the Mecklenburg Bar Association DE&I committee, and the North Carolina Bar Association Labor & Employment Law CLE committee.

Prior to joining O’Hagan Meyer, Keisha was a business litigation associate at an international law firm. Previously, Keisha served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Alison Renee Lee in South Carolina’s Fifth Judicial Circuit.
