Kasey Myhra is a litigation attorney who represents employers and businesses of all sizes in employment disputes and other civil litigation in state and federal courts. Her employment practice focuses on defending clients in matters involving discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, and other workplace claims.

Kasey has represented international insurers, Fortune 500 companies, and other organizations in significant, high-exposure matters. She brings extensive jury trial experience and has prevailed on summary judgment, secured favorable appellate rulings, and achieved trial results for clients.

With more than 25 years of litigation experience in both the public and private sectors, Kasey previously served as an Assistant Attorney General and as Senior Counsel for an international insurer, representing the company and its insureds. Her practice has included employment, construction, premises liability, product liability, and appellate matters.
