Overview
John Toomey is an associate attorney in the New York City office of O’Hagan Meyer and a member of the firm’s Commercial & Business Litigation practice group.
John focuses his practice on commercial litigation, representing clients in a wide array of business disputes, including matters involving insurance defense–related claims. He brings experience handling cases across diverse subject areas and is involved in all phases of litigation, from case strategy and discovery through motion practice and resolution.
Before joining O’Hagan Meyer, John concentrated on complex insurance coverage disputes and litigation involving a broad range of insurance coverage lines, providing him with a strong foundation in analyzing policy language and coverage issues.
