Heidy Flores is Of Counsel in O’Hagan Meyers’ Los Angeles office and a member of the Labor & Employment Practice. Heidy represents employers in state and federal courts in a variety of legal claims including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims. Heidy has extensive experience resolving matters through informal resolution or private mediation. Heidy also has extensive experience providing legal advice to employers on personnel issues such as discipline, termination, leaves of absence, and accommodations. Heidy earned her Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.
