Overview

Geoff Dickhaut is an associate in the Los Angeles office of O’Hagan Meyer and a member of its Labor & Employment Practice. Before joining O’Hagan Meyer, he worked at a small Plaintiff’s-side firm handling discrimination, retaliation, and harassment claims under the California Fair Employment and Housing Act, retaliation claims, and wrongful termination claims. He has also worked on the defense side in insurance defense litigation.

Geoff provides experience in all stages of the legal process and is able to quickly and effectively analyze a claim to determine the proper legal strategy required, whether it is getting the case dismissed, engaging in settlement negotiations, or going to trial. He has experience in both state and federal courts in California and is able to maneuver the nuances of both.
