Overview
Overview
Evan Tucker is Of Counsel in O’Hagan Meyer’s Richmond, Virginia, office. Clients of varying industries - Fortune 100 energy companies, global financial institutions, local governments, and state flagship universities - have turned to Evan for counsel in highly visible litigation, fast-paced regulatory inquiries, and internal crises. He draws on his experience as a former judicial law clerk and senior litigation and investigations associate at an AmLaw 100 firm to craft and deliver strategic, business-forward solutions.
Evan is comfortable in both the courtroom and the boardroom. He has secured early victories for clients through dispositive motions on both procedural and substantive grounds. He, too, has experience preparing a case for trial. His experience also extends to aiding clients entangled in regulatory enforcement actions initiated by federal and state regulators, including the DOJ and State Attorneys General, as well as managing internal crises and incident response.
Evan maintains a robust pro bono litigation practice.
