Overview

Ethan Slabosky is an associate at O’Hagan Meyer’s office in Charlotte, NC. Ethan’s work concerns all types of labor and employment issues including federal claims such as minimum wage and overtime disputes, Title VII discrimination allegations, and ADA complaints. Ethan additionally handles state claims including unpaid wage, Retaliatory Employment Discrimination Act (“REDA”), and breach of contract claims.

Ethan graduated from Wake Forest University School of Law, where he was active in multiple student groups. Before joining O’Hagan Meyer, Ethan gained valuable experience on both sides of litigation, first as a plaintiff’s labor and employment attorney and next as a defense-side workers’ compensation lawyer. He regularly performs pro bono work in the Charlotte area.

When not at work, Ethan enjoys hiking with his wife, watching movies with his dog and cat, and cooking for friends.
