Bryant defends employers in federal and state courts, arbitration proceedings, and before administrative agencies in matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour claims, restrictive covenants, whistleblower allegations, and other workplace disputes. He manages cases from initial risk assessment through dispositive motion practice, depositions, discovery strategy, and trial preparation. His litigation approach is strategic and forward-looking—focused not only on prevailing in the dispute at hand, but also on protecting the organization’s long-term position.

In addition to litigation, Bryant advises executives, HR professionals, and in-house counsel on day-to-day employment issues, including workplace investigations, performance management, reductions in force, policy development, and compliance initiatives. He works closely with business leaders to identify exposure early and implement defensible, practical solutions.

• Conducted an international workplace investigation involving allegations between two C-suite executives of a multinational services corporation, coordinating cross-border interviews and advising executive leadership on risk mitigation and resolution strategy.
• Second-chaired an eight-week state court bench trial to verdict on behalf of a multinational pharmaceutical manufacturer and global leader in generic medicines in a complex commercial dispute.
• Led sensitive, internal investigation involving executive misconduct, workplace harassment, and whistleblower allegations, providing findings and remediation recommendations to senior leadership.
