  • Conducted an international workplace investigation involving allegations between two C-suite executives of a multinational services corporation, coordinating cross-border interviews and advising executive leadership on risk mitigation and resolution strategy.
  • Second-chaired an eight-week state court bench trial to verdict on behalf of a multinational pharmaceutical manufacturer and global leader in generic medicines in a complex commercial dispute.
  • Led sensitive, internal investigation involving executive misconduct, workplace harassment, and whistleblower allegations, providing findings and remediation recommendations to senior leadership.
