Breanne Patton is Of Counsel in O'Hagan Meyer's Detroit office, where she advises businesses, governmental entities, and industry professionals on complex litigation and regulatory matters. With more than 15 years of experience, she provides strategic counsel and practical solutions to clients facing legal challenges across a broad range of industries.
Breanne's practice encompasses real estate, zoning, planning and land use, intellectual property, trade secrets and restrictive covenants, privacy, business litigation, and construction and engineering matters. She has extensive experience representing energy and infrastructure companies, governmental clients, manufacturers, construction firms, and engineering professionals in both litigation and advisory capacities.
Drawing on her diverse experience across highly regulated and technically complex industries, Breanne helps clients navigate business disputes, development and land use issues, intellectual property concerns, contractual matters, and evolving privacy obligations. She is known for delivering practical, business-oriented advice tailored to each client's objectives while maintaining a collaborative and responsive approach.
Breanne is also a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US), providing additional insight into privacy and data governance issues that increasingly impact businesses across all sectors. She is committed to helping clients manage risk, protect their interests, and achieve successful outcomes both inside and outside the courtroom.
