Overview
Anna Ludwick is an associate attorney in the Philadelphia office, representing clients in a wide range of employment matters in both state and federal courts, as well as before administrative agencies. Her practice focuses on representing employers in all aspects of employment law, including claims involving discrimination, retaliation, harassment, hostile work environment, and breach of contract.
Before joining O’Hagan Meyer, Anna gained litigation experience at a regional law firm, where she defended various types of clients, including multinational corporations, small businesses, government entities, non-profit organizations, and private individuals in complex labor law and employment matters. Anna also has experience handling collective/class actions in wage and hour law disputes.
After law school, Anna served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Aimee R. Belgard, Presiding Judge of the Civil Division in the New Jersey Superior Court, Burlington County. During this time, she was also trained as a court mediator and participated in Small Claims, Special Civil, and Landlord Tenant mediations to assist parties in reaching a resolution.
