Overview
Ann Reardon represents employers in litigation involving claims of discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination, including matters arising from allegations based on race, gender, age, disability, and religion. Her practice also includes Fair Housing Act matters, commercial and business litigation, and a broad range of civil defense work.
In addition to her employment practice, Ann represents clients in premises liability, product liability, tort litigation, white collar defense, and homeowners' and condominium association disputes. She has successfully handled a wide variety of matters for businesses, organizations, and individuals throughout her career.
Before entering private practice, Ann served as an Assistant Attorney General of Virginia, a Special Assistant United States Attorney, and an Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney. Having appeared in court hundreds of times throughout Virginia, she brings extensive trial experience and a practical understanding of courtroom advocacy to her representation of clients.
A lifelong resident of the Richmond area, Ann grew up in Henrico County and earned both her undergraduate and law degrees from the College of William & Mary, graduating from The Marshall-Wythe School of Law in 1984.
