Andrea Poma Hernando is an associate in the Los Angeles office of O’Hagan Meyer and a member of its Labor & Employment Practice. Her practice primarily focuses on representing employers and managerial level employees in lawsuits involving workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims. Ms. Poma Hernando has defended California employers in both state and federal venues.Ms. Poma Hernando received her law degree from Loyola Law School, where she was a research editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles International & Comparative Law Review and an intern in the Loyola Project for the Innocent Clinic. During law school, Ms. Poma Hernando gained experience externing for the Honorable Sheri A. Bluebond at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California.
