Overview

Overview

Aly Dudkowski brings a dynamic combination of litigation experience and in-house perspective to her defense of employers faced with wage and hour class actions and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) claims. Her employment practice includes advising on harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, and trade secret claims inside and outside both state and federal court. Aly also represents financial institutions, private companies, and individuals in commercial litigation involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, and unfair business practices.

Aly’s in-house tenure provides her with perspective that shapes how she practices today. She understands the internal pressures clients face when litigation disrupts business operations—budget constraints, competing priorities, and the need for counsel who can communicate risk without excessive legalese. This experience informs her case management approach: she focuses on delivering actionable advice that accounts for both legal exposure and business realities. As a result, her clients receive counsel grounded in what actually happens inside organizations when lawsuits arrive, not just theoretical legal analysis.

Aly has also developed appellate experience in state and federal courts, handling cases where trial court rulings require challenge or defense on appeal. Appellate work demands precision in legal writing and the ability to distill complex records into persuasive arguments for reviewing courts. Aly’s appellate acumen complements her litigation and trial skills, allowing her to identify preservation issues during litigation and advise clients on the viability of post-trial options. This dual capability benefits clients facing high-stakes decisions about whether to appeal adverse rulings or defend favorable outcomes.
