O’Hagan Meyer Expands Atlanta Office with Addition of Four Attorneys and New Office Location

O’Hagan Meyer is pleased to announce the continued growth of its Atlanta, Georgia office with the addition of four attorneys and a paralegal from Freed Grant, LLC.

Joining the firm as Partners are Gary S. Freed and Thomas C. Grant. They are accompanied by Associates Daniel Wang and Remy T.B. Oliver, along with paralegal Jessica “Jessie” Lange.

The group will join O’Hagan Meyer’s Atlanta office, led by Managing Partner Joelle Sharman, a 30-year veteran of civil and appellate litigation who focuses on ERISA and employment matters. Ms. Sharman also leads the firm’s ERISA litigation practice group. They will also work alongside Kelvin Newsome, O’Hagan Meyer’s longtime partner and nationally recognized trial lawyer.

Mr. Freed, Mr. Grant, and their team bring an outstanding record of success in representing and counseling businesses and individuals across a broad spectrum of legal matters, including business and commercial litigation, dispute resolution, restrictive covenants and trade secrets, business divorce, labor and employment, and real estate litigation. Mr. Freed and Mr. Grant have consistently been honored for their litigation skills by Best Lawyers and Super Lawyers. Their depth of experience, practical knowledge, and commitment to exceptional client service will further strengthen the firm’s national platform and enhance its ability to serve clients in Georgia and throughout the country.

O’Hagan Meyer established its Atlanta office in January 2024 on Lenox Road. The office is scheduled to relocate to Concourse Parkway in Sandy Springs in April 2026 as part of the firm’s continued growth strategy.
