Jim Cosby Speaks on the Latest Workplace and ADR Developments

Richmond partner Jim Cosby again served as planning chair and a principal speaker for the program Current Developments in Arbitration, jointly sponsored and presented by Virginia CLE, a Division of the Virginia Law Foundation, and the Virginia State Bar/Virginia Bar Association Joint ADR Committee, to a broad audience.  The program focused on the latest developments in workplace and employer-sponsored ADR programs, as well as the latest case law and legislative enactments concerning the construction and enforcement of various arbitration agreements, including those arising via digital commerce, and the review of arbitration awards.  The program was webcast to an audience of outside and in-house attorneys from eight states and the District of Columbia, on March 4.  The program will be rebroadcast on March 18.
