Overview

Overview

Jeff Rosin is a trusted advisor, litigator, trial advocate, and appellate lawyer serving businesses nationwide. For nearly three decades, he has focused on employment litigation, risk mitigation, and dispute resolution, handling high-stakes discrimination, retaliation, non-compete and trade secret litigation, and representing shareholders and partners in intercorporate disputes. As the founding member of the firm's Franchise Law team, Jeff is also regularly involved in resolving high-stakes franchise disputes in court and via alternative dispute resolution. His proven track record of favorable client outcomes includes successful pre-trial motions, trial verdicts, post-trial motions, and appeals demonstrating Jeff’s comprehensive approach to problem-solving.

A significant portion of Jeff's practice involves wage-hour, misclassification, and discrimination lawsuits in federal and state courts, private arbitration, and before administrative agencies. As needed, he delivers day-to-day workforce management guidance, employment law compliance solutions, and assistance with government audits. His tactical yet practical stance when advising on risk mitigation helps clients navigate complex regulatory environments—particularly valuable for those facing Department of Labor investigations and state government audits.

As a leading class action defense attorney in wage and hour matters, among Jeff’s clients are franchisors, franchisees, airlines, hospitals, restaurants, and retailers. Jeff argued the precedent-setting cases before the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court establishing franchisor vicarious liability standards, guidelines for claims of misclassification of franchisees, and the parameters of the Massachusetts Non-Compete statute.
