Terina Williams is an associate in O’Hagan Meyer’s Labor & Employment Practice Group, bringing over 15 years of litigation and employment law experience across the private and public sectors. She represents employers, management, and insurers in all aspects of employment litigation and counseling, with a focus on defending against claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour violations under state and federal law.

Before joining O’Hagan Meyer, Terina previously served as an Attorney-Advisor with the Federal Aviation Administration, where she advised leadership on complex employment, labor, and administrative law matters. Her background in the federal government and private practice gives her a well-rounded perspective on compliance, risk management, and litigation strategy.

Terina also has extensive experience handling matters arising under Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI) policies. She partners closely with carriers and insured clients to evaluate risk, develop defense strategies, and resolve disputes efficiently through negotiation, motion practice, or trial. Her litigation experience spans defending administrative charges before multiple federal and state administrative agencies, discovery management, depositions, dispositive motions, and trial preparation.

Terina, having practiced in both the private and public sectors, has advised employers on compliance, policy development, and workplace investigations. She brings a balanced and pragmatic approach to every matter—combining strategic advocacy with a focus on reducing exposure and achieving her clients’ business goals. Overall, Terina is dedicated to helping employers navigate the ever-evolving landscape of workplace law with precision, efficiency, and practical insight.
