Tanganica Turner holds an Of Counsel position in the firm’s Labor and Employment Team, bringing nearly a decade of legal experience advising and defending employers in a wide range of employment matters. She has represented clients in Federal and California Superior Courts, before administrative agencies, and in arbitration proceedings, with a focus on wage and hour, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wrongful termination claims.

Before joining the firm, Tanganica served as both in-house and outside counsel, which gives her unique insight into aligning litigation strategy with business objectives. She has experience advising on employment policies, conducting workplace investigations, and providing training on best practices for compliance and risk mitigation.

Known for her practical approach and thoughtful guidance, Tanganica is dedicated to helping employers navigate complex employment laws while fostering respectful and inclusive workplaces. Tanganica believes in representing clients with impassioned advocacy.
