Overview

Stephanie is an associate attorney in the firm’s Philadelphia, Pennsylvania office. Stephanie obtained her Juris Doctorate from Widener University Delaware Law School.

As a law student, Stephanie was the Senior Staff Editor of the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law. She participated in providing the nation’s legal community with well-researched and analytical articles on issues of timely significance, including in the areas of Professional Responsibility; Insurance Law; Law Firms; Criminal Laws; Employee Benefits; Alternative Dispute Resolution; Environmental Controls; Food, Drug and Cosmetic Law; Health Law; International Business Law; Public Interest Issues; and Telecommunications. Stephanie was also a teaching assistant, advising first-year law students on intentional torts, negligence, affirmative defenses, and First Amendment issues.

By participating in the Intensive Trial Advocacy Program, Stephanie advanced her litigation skills regarding opening statements, witness examinations, closing statements, rules of evidence, and admission of evidence.

Prior to joining O’Hagan Meyer, Stephanie was a law clerk at the largest workers’ compensation and Social Security disability law firm in the country, where she specialized in evaluating cases for settlement.

Stephanie’s practice areas include matters involving intentional torts, negligence, child abuse, child sexual abuse, and human trafficking.
