Stephanie A. White

Overview

Stephanie White specializes in sex trafficking litigation, defending individuals and entities within the hospitality industry against claims brought under the Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act (“TVPRA”), the Child Abuse Victims’ Rights Act (“CAVRA”), and negligence theories. Her practice areas also include a broad range of other matters, including those involving allegations of sexual and physical abuse.

Prior to joining O’Hagan Meyer, Stephanie was a law clerk at the largest workers’ compensation and Social Security disability law firm in the United States. As a law student at Delaware Law School, she was the Senior Staff Editor of the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law and a teaching assistant. She also participated in the Intensive Trial Advocacy Program, further developing her litigation skills regarding opening statements, witness examinations, closing statements, rules of evidence, and admission of evidence.

Stephanie centers her practice upon actively listening to her clients, addressing her clients’ concerns, and utilizing problem-solving skills to facilitate a successful outcome for her clients.
