Overview

Samantha Taubman is an associate in the Orange County office of O’Hagan Meyer and a member of the Labor & Employment Practice. She represents clients in a variety of employment lawsuits and pre-litigation claims for discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour disputes.

Ms. Taubman graduated second in her class at Chapman University Fowler School of Law and received numerous academic honors, including 13 CALI Excellence for the Future Awards for achieving the highest grade in various courses. At Chapman, Ms. Taubman served on the Executive Board of Chapman’s Law Review as the Managing Editor. Ms. Taubman also actively participated in Chapman’s Student Bar Association. Prior to joining O’Hagan Meyer, Ms. Taubman’s practice focused on real property issues including title and escrow litigation, receiverships, and commercial loan servicing, and business and heath care issues.
