Rebecca Wilson is an associate at O’Hagan Meyer. She represents employers in the defense of a variety of employment disputes, including, but not limited to, claims for discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour violations, defamation, unfair business practices.

Before joining O’Hagan Meyer, Rebecca defended multiple California municipalities in state and federal court involving a wide variety of claims, including but not limited to claims for inverse condemnation, civil rights violations, personal injury, code enforcement activities. Rebecca also worked in the financial services litigation practice area defending lenders and loan servicers in state and federal courts.
