Overview

Overview

Pardis Saleki serves as Of Counsel in the Newport Beach office of O’Hagan Meyer and is a member of the Labor & Employment Practice.

Pardis brings a strong background in litigation, risk management, and employer defense to her practice. She focuses on advising and defending employers in workplace disputes, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour claims, as well as providing strategic counsel on compliance with California and federal employment laws.

Prior to joining O’Hagan Meyer, Pardis was a partner at an Am Law 200 firm, where she represented insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and employers in complex workers’ compensation litigation.
