Overview
Nicole C. Burgos Romero is an associate attorney at O'Hagan Meyer, specializing in labor and employment litigation. Her practice primarily involves representing clients in cases related to wrongful termination, retaliation, discrimination, harassment, wage and hour matters under state and federal law, as well as PAGA representative actions.
Ms. Burgos graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez Campus, with a bachelor’s degree in political science and a minor in International Relations. She then obtained her Juris Doctor with a concentration in civil advocacy from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.
Ms. Burgos has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2024 to 2025.
In her free time, she enjoys watching horror movies, reading, practicing pilates, and spending quality time with her family.
