Overview

Matt Barzman is Of Counsel at O’Hagan Meyer in the Labor and Employment Litigation Group. Matt’s practice focuses on defending employers in both individual and class wage & hour disputes, as well as employment actions under the Fair Employment and Housing Act, including claims for civil rights violations, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination, and American Disabilities Act (ADA) violations. He also provides counseling to his clients and works with them to ensure effective HR policies and related documents are in place. 

Matt’s practice includes commercial litigation, products liability, and general casualty litigation. He regularly represents a large variety of clients in both State and Federal Court.

Matt received his Bachelors of Arts in Philosophy, with honors, and a minor in English, at the University of California, Santa Barbara. Matt earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.
