Mark Nevils is Of Counsel out of the firm’s Atlanta office. He is an experienced attorney with a diverse background in general corporate law, healthcare and workers’ compensation spanning over 30 years. Mr. Nevils was corporate counsel for over ten years supporting medical provider networks and out of network claims for self-funded plans and many of the top health insurers in the county. He has experience drafting and negotiating various contracts including MSAs, NDAs as well as handing landlord tenant and intellectual property matters. Mr. Nevils has represented insurance companies and self-funded plans before state and federal courts and administrative agencies.
